Helping you find
a closer relationship with Jesus while working toward making choices that will lead to a healthier lifestyle.

In Psalm 139, David writes of the Lord,
“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Psalm 139:13-14
God has gifted us with an amazing human body, part of His awesome Creation. He has also promised us a blessed future:
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
There are many aspects of wellness. As you visit my website, I pray that you may find spiritual inspiration and encouragement to honor God by keeping His awesome creation (your “fearfully and wonderfully made” body) as healthy as possible!
